Dr. Dainis Ignatāns

Dr. Dainis Ignatāns is a Senior Lecturer in Criminology at the University of Huddersfield (UK). His research interests are immigration and crime, repeat victimisation and evidence based policing. Dr. Dainis Ignatāns has vast experience in quantitative analyses and collection of large scale statistical datasets and has showcased his research in a number of countries throughout Europe. Currently Dr. Dainis Ignatāns is leading on a number of projects about victimisation in Latvia as well as immigration and crime in the UK and is a recipient of British Academy grants.
